D.C. Management & Consultancy
“The DC group Management & Consultancy” was founded by a group of people who have grown professionally in various sectors such as real estate, finance, foreign trade, marketing, web marketing and hotel. The various skills have merged together creating a fluid and dynamic group capable of operating in several sectors, even geo-located in different countries of the European community, thus assuming greater bureaucratic skills at an international level.

How we work
Ours is a lively and very dynamic business: we collaborate with every entrepreneur who turns to us and we help him grow his company, supporting him and offering plans for development. When we collaborate with a new company we take many aspects into account, in particular the context in which it operates but also the potential for development, the reference target, the history (when it exists) and any European funding that one could try to access for finance their business development investments.
We are also attentive, “when possible”, to the eco-sustainable development of our customers’ companies. In a good management consulting strategy, in addition to the context in which you operate, you need to focus on aspects such as the size of the company, the sector of expertise, the possibilities offered by the market and so on.

Management consultancy is carried out by the so-called management consultant, and this is precisely our professional role, which we try to carry out every day in the best possible way, working both at our offices but also in contact with each of our client companies wherever they are.In fact, our work takes place in close contact with the entrepreneurs: together with them we plan the organization of the company, going directly to their headquarters, analyzing the situation on the spot and offering our experience to achieve the objectives.
Together with the entrepreneur we study action plans divided into different phases. Each activity is monitored and discussed by our manager in coordination with the local business manager. This occurs, above all, during improvements or corrective actions.

The role of our consultant
The “appointed” consultant can be a stable figure in a company (this happens above all in large companies) or he can perform a service called “temporary management”: limited to a period of time and with a well-defined operational assignment.
This figure works as an operative intermediary between the “D.C. management and consultancy” and the client and/or client company. It responds directly to the “D.C. management and consultancy” but also coordinates locally with the executives of the client and/or client company.
